Yeah. Plot Summary: Norma Desmond is looking for the person who can play Salome after her. Will she able to mold our main character into the most perfect actress ever? Or will our main character be as useless as her mother told her she always was, and so the part will go to a beautiful actress whose mother actually loves her?
Plus, the guy who is totally going to end up with in the end is the cold-hearted director of another company who is trying to ruin her sensei. So he'll have his henchmen do things like sabotage the performance, and then send our main character expensive bouquets of purple roses and notes that say he's her biggest fan ever and he'll always be watching her. He then pays for everything for her, down to her sensei's hospitalization and her high school education. And everyone thinks that this is totally cool and awesome. I mean, around her it looks like he actually has a heart, but I'm really tired of Beauty and the Beast stories that don't involve a curse and a physical transformation.
