Jul. 6th, 2006 01:34 pmPresident Bush said Thursday it is hard to read North Korea's motives in firing a missile with the potential to hit the United States or Canada, but said the U.S. cannot afford to misjudge the situation.
*facepalm*
So Iran, who only has nuclear facilities, and hasn't done anything threatening (besides being slightly crazy but thats okay because we are too) has to answer immediately as to what they will do, and despite all claims to the contrary, are immediately labeled as trying to get nuclear weapons. But North Korea, who is equally as crazy, definitely has nuclear weapons, and launched several missiles recently - there, we don't know what they're up to, and we need to take time to understand.
*facepalm*
Not that I mind diplomacy. Diplomacy is good. Diplomacy means less blowing up. But still!
