Nextwave

On octopedingenue's suggestion, I'm reading Nextwave: Agents of H.A.T.E.. I just finished the first issue. I wanted to laugh, but I couldn't because I wanted to keep reading more. So I in the process, I cried a little instead.

Short summary: a group of ill-used and mostly-unknown Marvel characters form a team, quit SHIELD and act wildly and hilariously out of character while trying to save the world. Nick Fury Dirk Anger yells at them some. IT IS HILARIOUS. This, beating up people, and quibbling about the proper role of superheroes, is the story so far.

Good recommendation.
