V-Day

I have this huge long thoughtful post about Vagina Monologues as performed by women of different ages and classes and times in their life and stuff, but I'm too tipsy to write it, so here's the summary. V-Day in college was better at the angry and sad and simple and young pieces. V-Day as performed by middle aged women is better at the more complicated and older and dealing with repression pieces. Also, I love V-Day. And it was worth seeing yet again. And I've picked up a volunteer form for our Shelterhouse, and I'm going to look into giving them some of my time starting next week.
