Phoenix Wright and FMA

flutingfrenzy and I were talking about FMA characters and Ace Attorney characters that would get along. But really, it's not so much that they get along, but that they're highly analogous in either personality or plot structure. I kept thinking after we finished talking, and here's my final list of characters who are similar or would have hilarious conversations together.
Phoenix Wright = Edward Elric
Maya Fey = Alphonse Elric
Pearl Fey = May (just due to smallness and adorableness, there is absolutely no incest going on in either canon in my head)
Mia Fey = Izumi Curtis
Miles Edgeworth = Roy Mustang
Franziska von Karma = Olivia Armstrong (because they are both the awesomemest and ballsiest characters in their respective series)
Godot = Scar (they are tortured and morally ambiguous and turn to good in the end but will inevitably have to pay for their crimes)
Gumshoe = Yoki? (There's really not a good analogy here, but the whole screws up everything all the time is the best I can get.)

BOOOOOOOOOOOOO. I think Gumshoe = Stangtachi. Yes, all of them.

Also - Maggey Byrd is totally Sheska.
