The first number is the amount I will spend if I buy all of my books used. The second is if I buy them all new. Oh. Dear. God. You know how much I spent on books last semester? $75! $75!! This is karma biting me in the ass for laughing at people who had to spend more. Dear people: I am so sorry. Can my books be cheap now?

Girls, your birthday presents might all be coming in December.

ETA: Oh, and I'm buying 18 books, so that's approximately $18-$25 per book. Which is fine. Until you remember that I'm buying EIGHTEEN BOOKS!

$75? Wow. Then again, I hear that science majors often spend at least $500, often more, for their books. I'm glad to be a liberal arts major.
