It's not "country", it's "poorly brought up". Gawd. And the people in defense of her? Um, you just don't change your baby on the floor in front of everyone. There is very rarely any urgency to get it done THAT EXACT MINUTE OMG, and even if there is, that's YOUR diaper to dispose of. Not the store clerks. Gawd. 9_9
